Do I have to keep it locked away?
I'm actually not sure about this. Do you have to keep your air gun locked away? I mean I'm sure that it's the smart thing, I just didn't know if there was a law about it. I just want to make sure that I'm doing everything right. And I know that kids under the age of 18 aren't allowed to use it, so I just wanted to check.

As the owner of the rifle you are responsible for that weapon. You have to take all the necessary precautions to make sure that it will not cause injury to anyone. So special care should be taken in storing your air pistol where it cannot be removed from its safe store. You can check out this post for more details: Legal Air Guns.
